Please give me advice.

I am stuck at home for months on end now. There seems to be no end. I feel emotionally tortured and trapped by my parents here. I am constantly blackmailed that once I leave I’ve to consider my family dead. I want to runaway but I’m extremely scared of getting caught. I’ve heard stories of people who ran away , got caught and the police sided with the parents. Just for your knowledge I’m 24 years old. Please help me out.
