Looking for a full time- maid in Mangalore. Any recommendations?

I’ve been searching for a full time maid in mangalore for a while but it seems so tough. Need someone who can cook clean and manage and do all household activities. Even if it’s not a stay at home, looking for someone who can do at least 12 hours. Please share any recommendations or leads on how to look.
