Why are autowallas such influential lobbyists in Maharashtra

The autowallas are too influential and nobody's taking action against them. Idk why, but they are. At Nagpur Airport exit, the autowalla scammed me and I had no choice because of too much luggage (booked using uber, then he cancelled the uber once I sat in, and then asked 100rs extra, and again 50rs extra for parking charges; saying that even if I do other autos they will all ask the same). At Pune travels bus stops, they don't even let ola/uber come there and you have to pay 2x exorbitant prices. In Mumbai, most of the autos' meters are rigged and they charge at least 1.5x in most cases. Also the autos at the airport are big scammers. It is this autos lobby that is responsible for the rapido bike rides to be banned in MH for over 2 years now. Someone needs to do something about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets start a petition maybe aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
