Suspension of bus services to Maharashtra

Recently, there are two separate incidents in the neighbouring state (K’taka) which led to suspension of bus services between MH and KA especially bus services to Kolhapur, Pune and Mumbai. If a person living in KA (K’taka) (Bengaluru, Hubli, Belgaum etc.) wants to visit Maharashtra (Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur etc.), then is there any other way or option to reach MH from KA (K’Taka)?
