भारतीय राज्यांना अमेरीकेतील राज्यांसारखे स्वायत्त मिळायला हवे का?

स्वातंत्र्यानंतर एवढे वर्ष होऊनही बिमारू राज्यांचा काही खास विकास झाला नाही उलट त्यांना पोसानारे आपले राज्यचं आज कंगाल होतय... विदर्भ, मराठवाडा आणि उत्तर महाराष्ट्रतले(खान्देश) बरेच भाग अजून विकसित नाही USA मधी बहुतांश इंग्रजी बोलली जाते तरीही प्रत्येक State ला आपले प्रशासन वेगळे चालवायचा अधिकार आहे जसेकी: Taxation policies, Industrial policy planning, infrastructure planning, laws like abortion, drugs, are legal/illegal from state to state, affirmative action policy is also banned in some states Also every state has separate constitution and flag If better performing states keep carrying Non-performing states of North then will there be major civil war in upcoming decades?
