Curious to know how much a farmer earns while selling 1kg of onions !!

Dear Maharashtra family, I am currently in Nashik to discuss with onion exporters in order to acquire onion containers for my wholesale business in Dubai. Here, the middle man asking me 23-28 rupees for 1 kg of top quality onion. I am curious to know how much a farmer earns while selling one kilogram of onions. If the rate is too low, it is very bad.
