Urgent - Please recommend madurai hotel for 2 nights

Hi all, a friend is stuck in madurai for 2 nights from today. Please recommend a great hotel for maximum 7000 rupees per night and is not too far walking from the temples and nice food places. Please also suggest must visit restaurants. Thanks!
