Early morning Margazhi speaker nuisance

Is there any way to curtail this nuisance every year during Margazhi month. A small temple just at the back of our house plays devotional songs at high volumes from 5:30 - 8:00 am everyday during this month. We have newborn twins and have requested to keep the volumes low as it startles the babies. No much help from them. Is there any way out?
