Should Madhya Pradesh be divided for better development?

MP is huge, but is it really working as one state? Most of the focus always goes to Bhopal, Indore, and a few other cities, while regions like Bundelkhand, Baghelkhand, and Mahakaushal keep getting ignored. These places have their own identity, culture, and issues, but they barely get any proper attention. We’ve already seen how Chhattisgarh developed after splitting from MP. So, can the same thing happen if Bundelkhand, Baghelkhand, or Mahakaushal become separate states? Smaller states, better governance- If a state is smaller, the government can focus properly instead of trying to manage such a large area with different problems. Neglected regions might finally get attention. Right now, everything revolves around Bhopal-Indore, while the rest just has to manage with whatever they get. Stronger cultural identity- Bundeli, Bagheli, and other regional languages are fading away. If these regions had their own state, maybe their language and culture would survive. Economic growth- Chhattisgarh is doing well after splitting from MP, so maybe these regions could also develop faster on their own. Of course, there are challenges too—new capitals, administrative costs, and political opposition. But the real question is, is staying one big state actually benefiting everyone, or is it time to rethink? What do you think? Would dividing MP help in development, or is it unnecessary???
