Isn't there any regulation in Bhopal for loud noise after 10pm??

This house is in Crystal ideal city in Awadhpuri, Bhopal, a residential area, it's past 10:50pm and they're playing so loud music. It started around noon and hasn't stopped since. We have closed our windows but it's of no use. It's so loud. Especially at night with toddler at home it's so difficult. I have observed that even though it's rule to not play loud music after 10pm, no one in Bhopal seems to follow.
