Where is apple intelligence and Siri on Mac?

Hello everyone! I have a 2020 MacBook air with a M1 chip and am at MacOS 15.2 and instead of the "Apple Intelligence and Siri" page it just comes up with Siri, I have also tried restarting my computer and my language is English. Help would be much appreciated! 😊
