Weird display/color saturation issues

Hi all. I’m new to Mac as of the last few months and have an m4pro mini and a maxed out m4pro MacBook Pro, that is usually docked. On both of these machines things are fine for a bit then I’ll get odd display issues on the monitors (both the normal monitor for the mini and the external monitor for the docked MBP. The display may get very washed out or may have odd extra lines or color variations. A reboot fixes it but nothing else does. The machines have usually been running for maybe 2 days at the point this seems to occur but it’s inconsistent. Is this a common issue?
