Verbose mode (white text at boot) & how to stop it from appearing

The quick steps to disable verbose mode from the Terminal menu are: Click on the "Terminal" menu in the "Utilities" menu. Run the command " sudo nvram boot-args=" and restart the computer. Check if the problem is solved. This worked for me I was getting very annoyed with the white splash screen.
