Updating OS after a Time Machine recovery

I’m wondering if anyone can help me please. I’ve had to recover my iMac (2017) from a rather old Time Machine back up, so I currently have OS 10.13 (High Sierra) on it. I’m having to create a bootable USB so I can update to a much newer OS. But the bit I’m after some advice on is this. Can I jump straight to macOS 13 (Ventura) or do I have to install each of the other 4 systems in turn between 10.13 and 13 first? Any help/advice greatly appreciated. Thank you
