Stop MacOS asking for permission to manipulate files on removable device?

Hi. I'm running a Mac Mini with MacOS Sonoma 14.5. I added a thunderbolt drive with 500GB and placed all my git repositories there. Now, a cronjob starts build scripts every hour. This is running unattended in the server room. Every now and then, the builds stop because some message requester pops up and asks for permission of a command line tool like *clang*, *go*, *git*, *php*, *make*, *cmake* etc to access the removable device. This is recogniced later because all buils have stopped until someone logs in to confirm these annoying requesters. This is driving me crazy! **Is there a way to disable such questions for the whole device? Or, at least, for a whole root folder on that device?**
