Safari — Strange Pointer to Link issue

Over the past week or so my Safari browser is acting odd when clicking on link or when cut and paste. It is almost like the click area for a link is very small compared to what it has been in the past. Trying to place pointer for a cut-and-paste is more difficult. Overall, it seems something has changed... BTW, no late night beer fests for me so rule that out...
