Removing Password

I’ve recently updated to Sequoia and I am also reviewing for my licensure exam. The notes that they have been giving has a password in which I know the password myself. Back in Big Sur, I was able to remove password by saving it as another file unchecking the encrypt option thus removing the password. Now in Sequoia, I can’t do it anymore. Pls teach me how. I need to remove the password badly so that I could easily study in my other gadgets such as iPad for an easier time rather than entering the password every single time. PS: I already did it in the google chrome hack like saving it after printing but it reduces the quality badly.
