new macbook pro m4 best battery lifespan practices

Hi everyone, yesterday i got my new macbook pro m4 16gb ram, coming for a macbook air m2. After a year and half on my macbook air, using it without paying attention to cycles and stuff, i got 95 cycles and 98% of battery life. I use my macbook mostly in places where i can plug it in, but i don't do that and instead just let the battery go down and charge it at around 20%. Now my question is: with my new macbook should i start using it plugged in whenever i can with aldente and sailing active? also, is aldente meant mainly for those who use their macbook always plugged in? can you guys give me some tips in order to avoid that my battery dies on my in 1 year? i will use my macbook for coding, heavy docker usage and ML.
