“Macintosh HD” shown as server after update

After updating to the latest version of Sequoia when I click on recent items in the menu accessed by clicking the apple logo in the top left, I see that the macintosh HD is listed under servers and I don't understand why. When I then click that, I'm shown the scheme of the update under the title Mnt 1. Please forgive my ignorance, in that I assume this is nothing to worry about, and is caused by the way the update works, but any assurance would be welcome. (I also haven’t setup or allowed file sharing or servers on this machine if it’s of any relevance)
