Macbook quarantine

Some time ago I uploaded word and pdf files from a flash drive (they were previously on macbook all the time) to google drive. Recently I wanted to download them but both the macbook and windows laptop say they are corrupted and cannot be opened. However, when I open them with notepad there is this line from the screenshot. I read that this can be fixed in the terminal on the macbook but it doesn't work for me. Do you know what is going on?
