Macbook M1 Pro 14 16GB upgrade to Sequoia?

Currently running 12.5 Monterey SEQUOIA 15.2 is available for me and Monterey 12.7.6 Should I upgrade anything? Currently having no issue with the OS I have had seen buying it but not sure if it would be an even faster system by upgrading Thanks
