Mac iPhone backup unique situation

Hey y’all, so I have a unique situation here at hand. I currently have an iPhone 13 and a MacBook Air M3. I have an app on my phone (which is now deleted from the App Store) and I download all my music on that app. If I were to switch phones and do a backup to Mac, would I be able to retrieve all my downloaded music?
