Mac connect to Internet, can’t use browser

Hey guys, So I think my Mac is just slowly dying at this point but essentially my internet is working, I can connect on other devices. I’ve tried hotspotting my Mac from my phone and that didn’t work. I’ve quit and reopened the browsers and restarted my Mac a million times (and tbh my Mac is having a lot of trouble getting past the login screen these days, no idea why) I’ve tried two different browsers (safari and chrome) and neither work. It’s a MacBook Pro 2017/2019 I think Running sonoma 14.5 Any advice you guys have for this would be much appreciated as I need to be able to connect to the internet for work. Thanks!
