How to use the search specfic image name or file on MacOS

Hello there you know how on windows you can like search for a file let's say the image is "JimmyDog.JPG" and it would actually search it. How come when I do that on mac OS on the file place it doesn't do that? it just shows me random number files or when I use finder it just shows me the directionary word for that. I am sorry for this odd question cause I just had an obscure problem and I AM sure there is a way to search for that on MacOS if not then that is kinda broken. I'll show screenshots IF NEEDED
