Help with dock recommendation for MBP with M3 Pro chip

I'm trying to use a total of 3x external monitors with my Mac. Two would be through the dock and one would be through the onboard HDMI. I've read a lot of conflicting information about what is necessary and would like some clarity/recommendations. 1. Is my setup even possible? 2. If I go with a TB4 dock, do the monitors themselves have to have TB4 inputs, or can I use an adapter so that its HDMI into the monitor but TB4 on the dock? If so, is there anything I need to know when it comes to things to buy to make this work? Would appreciate any and all help. Thanks!
