Help with "The file can't be found." popup every I wake my Mac Air M2

I deleted several apps I had downloaded over the past few months on my MacBook Air M2 a few days ago, including some default installed apps by Apple. Since then, every time I wake my Mac from sleep or unlock the screen, a popup appears saying, “The file can’t be found.” I’ve checked for the remaining files of the deleted apps, but no success. There is nothing in Login Items and I checked the LaunchAgent folder which is empty and the Preference folder has a lot of files and folders, I do not know what apps I deleted (I deleted every bloatware that Mac let me delete). There are a lot of files and I am scared to make this problem worse. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to identify and remove the source of this popup! Edit: I just made a new user profile to be sure and the new user profile also had the same issue.
