Help with Mac video fullscreen animations

Hi, I'm trying to change the animations associated with youtube videos. When the browser is not fullscreened and I fullscreen the video the window maximises and the menu bar slides left before the video fullscreens. Ideally I want the animations gone, but maybe it could be sped up. Is this possible? I have tried "reduce motion" but it only makes chrome noticeably faster. With this, Chrome still shows the window maximising but at least the sliding is gone. I don't want to use chrome if I can help it though. In Safari, the animation is slow and slidey either way and also "readjusts" itself at the very end like the animation end doesn't fit the final image. When a video changes from between windowed and fullscreened the number of items in stage manager also changes. This is especially noticeable when exiting fullscreen and a window group is added. I suspect this can't be changed though. https://reddit.com/link/1hxilxt/video/b0p04932b0ce1/player
