Google Chrome won’t update on Mac

I’ve had my Mac for a little over a year and I’ve been trying to go on Hulu and Netflix to watch something but it won’t let me because I have to update chrome. I’ve tried to see if I need an update but I can’t find anything. I need to update to the latest version but I can’t. For me this is the latest update. I’ve looked up how to update and I’ve restarted my laptop twice but it won’t do anything. Can anyone tell me what to doing
