Fast User Switching Animation

Hi, I have an M1pro Macbook running 15.2 and noticed the fast user switching cube animation no longer appears switching between users. Screen settings for both are the same, just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue? I assume it hasn't been removed, but I can't find confirmation anywhere. Is anyone else having the same issue, or have any ideas what the cause may be? Thank you.
