Fast Internet but some websites slow loading

I have a macbook m1 air and it is connected with jio 5g internet from my mobile hotspot , when i check the internet speed it is more than 200mbps in mac and im able to watch 4k videos without any delay. but when i open some websites like salesforce, git hub and some its taking a long time to load , i have also tried adding DNS 1.1.1.1.1 AND [8.8.8.8](http://8.8.8.8) , but its not working. but if i connect the same wifi with windows laptop all websites works fine can anybody help?
