Desperately Need Help!

I have been deleting photos from my IPHONE gallery and I noticed I have synced photos back when iTunes was a thing. Now I cannot seem to remove or delete cause there is no delete option. What application can I use to delete synced photos using iTunes. PLEASE HELP!
