Charging using a 20W charging block.

So just recently the charging block that came with my Macbook air 2020 got completely fried and doesn’t work anymore. I don’t know exactly what happened. I have a different charger that i use to charge my iphone which is the Anker 511 nanopro. It says that it’s a 20W charger while the original apple brick is 30W. I wanted to ask if using this charging block would be sufficient to charging my macbook air? would it affect the battery negatively? I use the laptop mostly for studying (reading pdfs and sending files) and playing a bit of minecraft.
