Can't use Apple Intelligence on other Mac accounts

Hi! I recently tried installing Apple Intelligence on my M4 Macbook Pro, running MacOS 15.2. I clicked the get Apple Intelligence button, but it said that an internet connection is required, which I have. I tried rebooting, changing language and region, reinstalling MacOS, but they didn't work. So, I created a new admin account and got Apple Intelligence working there (with a different Apple ID). However, when I go back to my main account it still says I have no internet, even though I have Apple Intelligence already downloaded. I am in the EU, and both Apple IDs are set to the EU country. Device region is the same.
