Can I rename my monitor?

I have 2 monitors, 1 connected with hdmi and one with USB-C When I click on my sound icon on my top toolbar to select a sound source I see a list with devices that can be used for audio output. One of mine says: 23MP65 I want to change the name to "Left monitor" that's way more clear then 23MP65 Is this possible?
