Auto Tiling Window Manager With Snap Style Layouts

I have been using a Mac as my work computer for some time, and I haven't been able to find a tiling window manager that lets you set up snap-style spaces on your desktop to be utilized when new windows are opened. Although I have tried AeroSpace, Amethyst, and Rectangle, which all perform reasonably well on smaller screens, configuring them for an ultra-wide 49" display has proven challenging. For instance, when I have only a browser and NVIM open, I prefer not to automatically scale them to take up the full screen. Here is an example of the desired layout: https://preview.redd.it/sz9auhafl77e1.png?width=192&format=png&auto=webp&s=bd033784e5219f428cf2f08008d991ab48c3f3bc On Linux, there are multiple tools capable of setting up a layout like this with ease; for example, configuring Gnome Tiling Shell takes approximately 5 minutes. Please tell me I'm just missing something in how to configure the tools I've mentioned earlier!
