Apple Intelligence stuck downloading! Help!

What the title is. I've used AI before just fine but then it switched off randomly recently. I've reenabled it but now it's stuck at 100% even though my Mac has been connected to power and on a consistent WiFi. Can't find any solutions that worked online. Any help with this?
