App running slow, checked ram... not sure??

Hi, I am wondering if you may be able to help me with this... Currently I am editing a video on CapCut, downloaded for Mac. Yet, due to the amount of video, effects etc being used CapCut is running really slow, to the point it won't even playback the video with settings such as proxy media, and low quality playback enabled. I checked out 'Activity Monitor', and attached a screenshot, is anyone able to offer any advice on why I am having so many issues, as the ram looks ok?
