AlDente Pro Help!!

Hi guys! Just a disclaimer, I know battery apps like AlDente are controversial, I really would prefer not to hear all the comments saying how it's unecessary and whatnot. I have 2 MacBooks of identical health and am using AlDente on one to see if it helps in the long run. What are the optimal settings for AlDente Pro - Sailing, Sea protection, Calibration etc... I use the MacBook OFF the charger for around 4-6h a day, then use it ON the charger for around 3 hours in the evening, what are your suggestions? Any help is really appreciated and I hope nothing I've said has come across as rude, thank you Mac nerds - do your thing!
