Connect drives disappear and only reappear after restart since 15.3 update

Hi All. Not sure if anyone else was experiencing this. I have three seagate drives connected to my Intel iMac, 2020. They are always connected. However, since 15.3 they disappear after a few minutes. They do not show up to be remounted in Disk Utility. They are just gone. Turning their dedicated surge protector on/off does nothing. Unplugging/replugging their USB cables does nothing. I replaced the hub they are all connected to. Nothing. Only a restart can bring them back. But that leaves me restarting 4 or 5 times per day. Anyone else having this issue? Any known fixes? Thanks for any advice!
