Bought MBP M4 Pro, what battery life should I expect? returning user to Mac OS

First time going Mac OS in a very long time, I just got a 14" MBP M4 pro configuration, I mainly got it since everyone raves about the performance and battery life, I'm a moderate user with some heavy emphasis on virtualization. If anyone has this configuration, what type of battery life are you getting out of it? I just got it not even 1 day old, came with 75% battery (have not done the first charged) been using it for 3hrs according to activity monitor and I'm down to 20%, doesn't seem that good, I also just updated to 15.2 for what is worth and have basically no programs installed.
