Seeing irrelevant files in finder, no idea how to hide them!! Please help me

Hi guys, I’ve been struggling with an issue in my Finder app. I even reached out to Apple Support, who suggested re-indexing Spotlight, but that didn’t resolve the problem since it’s rooted in Finder. Here’s the issue: whenever I try to find a file in Finder, I’m presented with an extensive list of files with peculiar names and ones that I can’t open. I suspect these files are hidden somewhere, but they’re all visible to me. This issue has been bothering me for years, and now that I have a new MacBook, I’m determined to find a solution.
