After upgrading to Sequoia 15.2 swap usage has been huge 40+ GB

After upgrading to Sequoia 15.2 swap usage has been huge. Basically keeps growing until disk is full and I either reboot or the OS crashes. MacBook Pro 13-inch, 2018, Intel. Today I left it without Safari (or any browser), Mail, etc, running for 8 hours and the swap used has grown to over 37 GB... Can't seem to figure out which process or processes are the culprit(s)...
