Use an external screen and when disconnecting the charger the screen turns off...

Hello! With my MacBook Pro M1 I use a DELL external screen. I have MacOS Seqoia installed but the problem I have is that if I disconnect the charger while my MacBook has the internal screen closed, the Dell external monitor turns off and for it to work, I have to reopen the cover of the MacBook and then lower it and so the screen of the DELL external monitor turns on again. Is this normal? It's just that I use a charger (sateshi) that when I disconnect or connect a USB then calculates the energy and it's as if all the cables were collected, and this is very annoying on my MacBook...
