4K external monitor getting to 60Hz

I have a m2 macbook air and a 4k 60Hhz Benq monitor. When connecting a HDMI cable that I have from my Ps5 to the monitor I am doing so through a usb-c hub. Unfortunately I am only getting 30Hz. What is the easiest/cheapest way to get 4k 60Hz? I saw there are Usb-c to Hdmi and Usb-c to display port cables that allow 60Hz. My problem is I also often use a external sandisk SSD and then I would have no free usb c port for charging. Can I charge my Mac and connect the external SSD through the usb - c hub? Would that impact the speed of charging and more importantly the speed of the SSD? Apologies for the many questions Thank you very much in advance
