“WiFi is Off’ HELP PLS

I restarted my 2021 MacBook Air and I’m unable to access the Wi-Fi.. As you can see there’s a “!” On the Wi-Fi symbol and it gives and indication that “Wi-Fi is off.” - the DETAILS… button DOESN’T WORK (no response to clicks) I have all settings active for “Advanced..” I will not be using an Ethernet for this. I’ve looked up solutions but they all say the same thing (click minus and plus) there’s no network setting no network pref just this. Can someone help me figure this out, please? this is actually silly
