Wifi Disconnects on Sleep BUG

Hello all, I have a bug that is present ton both my M1 Max Macbook and M2 Mac Mini where time I put my computer to sleep or close the lid the internet is no longer accessible and cannot be reconnected to. With the only solution being a hard restart. I found this issue is quite common in my search online, but it seems most forum posts by Apple support had just suggested disconnecting the Wifi or updating. But this is not my problem, I have the latest version of MacOS, and connecting and reconnecting does not solve my issue, only a hard restart. Could someone explain or link a solution to this issue? I found the Apple support threads to be unhelpful. Cheers!
