Wifi connects after boot but no internet for 2 minutes

* If I open my MacBook Air 15 (M2 2023) after not using it for some time, it connects to WiFi (both at home, my hotspot work and public libraries) * Note: it was not shut dow, just sleeping. * But, I don't get internet * Sometimes this takes up to two minutes for it to work * What works now is to turn off the wifi and turn it back on again. I tried all solutions from these 'fix your mac wifi'-blog posts * reboot * pram, vram & smc ram reset * Delete preference * Reset router & Modem (at home, so didn't expect this to fix other issues, and it didnt' fix anything). * Reset my DHCP settings. * Use a different DNS Right now, I've no clue what to do - a clean install seems a bit hefty as a fix, so want to postpone that as long as possible.
