What's the Deal with ".GlobalPreferences_m.plist" on macOS?
Hey all, I've noticed a file named ".GlobalPreferences\_m.plist" keeps reappearing on my MacBook Pro, macOS Sequoia 15.2) after each restart. TinkerTool System says it's a hidden file, not related to normal macOS operations, and might be corrupted or used by apps for licensing/DRM data. It advises caution when deleting it. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any idea which app might create it or its purpose? Thanks for any insights! https://preview.redd.it/kjwm1dioqtce1.png?width=1258&format=png&auto=webp&s=b6ca35d775b9d09bd612b92b2b221894a4f236df3
