Wake-on-LAN Issue – Wake Lasts Only 30 Seconds
Hey everyone! I’ve got an M4 Mini, and I’m trying to use Wake-on-LAN (WOL) to wake it up remotely. So far, I’m able to wake it by sending a magic packet from an Android app. When I do, I can see the system has been "awakened" — the LED on the attached HDD lights up, and the power consumption goes from 2W to 5W. The problem is that the system only stays awake for about **30 seconds** before it automatically goes back to sleep. My question is: Is there any way to send a "stronger" WOL packet (or perhaps configure something else) to keep the system awake for longer, or is there another setting in macOS that I might be missing? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!5
