Unknown software running

Recently while starting up my mac, After it had finished booting and the apps had started to load, I noticed a loading bar, and before I could identify it, it disappeared. I recently downloaded microsoft teams so I dont know if that is it. Its something i have never seen before, the bar looked like the window that pops up asking for your computer password when you do any admin tasks, and that is what concerns me. I tried looking into force quit and app activity, however nothing came up. My main worry is that it is something malicious, like when you see a the cmd window pop up unannounced. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice to help me out? I understand that it is unlikely that a mac would be hacked, but it is better to be safe ig
